The Harvey Homes Group provides bespoke homes for discerning purchasers across South Manchester and the North West The business was co-founded by Thomas Harvey-Ratcliffe and his father, Nicholas Harvey-Ratcliffe, a Chartered Surveyor and specialist in land acquisition and planning. In 2019, former Hillcrest Homes Managing Director, Michael Kennedy joined the team as Director to work alongside Thomas and assist with the growth of the Harvey Homes business. Michael was at Hillcrest for 17 years and steered the brand from relative obscurity to being recognised as a leading provider of original luxury residences. Developments were recognised in some of the most prestigious award ceremonies, achieving accolades such as Best Residential Development, Best One-Off Home in the Country and Best Luxury Property. Prior to that, Michael was Director of Land and New Homes at Countrywide and a non-executive Director of Equity Housing for six years. Their passion for high quality design and residential development is second to none. Collectively they have over a century of property experience and a skill set that excels in the critical areas of new home development, site identification, planning, acquisition and implementation, in addition to an unrivalled network of well-placed industry contacts. Work on the first Harvey Homes development, thirty high quality family homes at Swan Green in Lower Peover, is underway with support from specialist lender, Together.
